早在2009年9月欧盟就公布了一份名为《为我们的未来做准备：发展欧洲关键使能技术总策略》的文件，该文件将纳米科技、微（纳）米电子与半导体、光电、生物科技、及先进材料等五大科技认定为关键使能技术（KETs）。可见“使能技术”是应用面广、具有多学科特性而实现目标的技术，用以解决欧盟当时面临的主要社会挑战，以及抢占新兴市场以促进欧盟经济发展的策略。

西方的“使能技术”（EnablingTechnology）让我们想到另一个词——“智能技术”这个为国人和业内熟知的词汇。“使能技术”的提出也是旨在引领欧洲的“供给侧改革”，而它的的命名和提出更加务实、明确。今天就让我们来看看2017米兰展官方推荐的“使能设计”案例。

■“使能设计”赋予设计更多可能性■

今天来谈各种各样的设计，“有益于健康”这个设计概念已不再是其最大需求者（老年人）的特权，“有益于健康”可以从周围环境、日常家居用品的设计来实现，规划者和年轻设计师越来越深知这个概念。

回归设计思维的基本原则，设计是一个创意的过程，把人们的需求、情感关联起来，并借由物品和产品来实现。（简言之：设计为人服务）

Theunderlyingprincipleisthatofdesignthinking,whichputspeople’sneedsandtheiremotionalandrelationalresponsetotheobjectorproductcreatedwiththeminmindatthecentreofthecreativeanddesignprocess.

因此，除了把椅子设计得很舒适或者很有颜值，如果能让椅子“学会学习”，提高使用者每天的活动量、进而提高身体素质，这样的设计不就开发了新的功能，并产生更高的附加值吗？

当我们做设计时，把这样的思维植根在心，使得设计产品体现出这样的特质，我们居住的空间就可以不停留在更舒适上，而是让家成为一个机能的机器，时刻守护我们的身体健康。

■能照明的的“空气净化器”■

FabianZeijler是一位设计师，曾在荷兰艾恩德霍芬设计学院深造，他的设计侧重于平衡三个因素：实用性，舒适性和外观。基于这样的设计思想，他认为家具除了是一件家具之外，也应被视为能提供和分配健康和幸福生活方式的媒介。

TakePurificatum（可以命名为“便携的精致生活”），是一个自带灯光的空气净化器。它既可以放在地板，又适合放在桌面上，可以任意放置在随处，用以改善家庭空气质量，对居民的健康产生积极的影响。

Purificatum（加高版的TakePurificatum），同样是简洁优雅的空气净化器，也是一盏时尚的落地灯。它拥有冷色光和暖色光，冷光提高生产效率，促进节奏，暖光营造温馨放松。我们周遭的环境将陪伴我们生命大部分的美好时光，因此荷兰设计师用这种饱含情感的设计，把人与环境之间的关系又推进了一层。

■纠正坐姿的“智能椅子”■

ZAMI是一个灵巧的吧椅，它的设计来源于看似简单的问题：人们坐着的时间越来越多，坐姿愈来愈差以至于形成颈椎、腰椎方面的疾病，这种生活方式对我们的健康造成很大的影响。

Zamiisasmartstoolinspiredbyasimpleobservation:peoplearespendingmoreandmoretimesittingdownandpoorposturecaneventuallyleadtoneckandbackproblems,withsignificantrepercussionsonourgeneralhealth.

这种特殊的凳子旨在帮助我们养成正确的坐姿习惯，有助于保持脊柱的最佳曲线。基本上为了平衡坐姿，我们需要保持直立坐姿才能坐稳，从而训练腹肌能够适当地支撑背部。该座位还利用高科技技术，配有一个特殊的APP，用于监视用户的“身体性能”的活动数据，提供他们的姿势习惯的数据反馈，以便日后改善。

Zami的设计是人体工程学精心研究的结果，不同于一些经常以实用性的名义牺牲外观的产品设计。Zami是非常时尚的，符合家具潮流趋势的设计，由优质材料手工制成，线条流畅，且遵循了“极简主义”。

■净化空气的“舒适地毯”■

窗帘，靠垫，地毯等家具配件能够让居住空间变得温暖舒适，并在改善空间噪音和调节湿度水平方面发挥重要作用。但是这些家具配件对哮喘和对尘埃、螨虫过敏的人们可能会带来麻烦。

Siem-Pabom工作室专门设计的舒适地毯，可以加热到60°C，从而减少空气中的过敏原数量。圆形地毯采用绳索制成，最终达到液压连接。例如，连接到散热器，或者连接到另一个热源。每两个月，热水就会开始通过内部包覆的管循环，达到空气净化的目的。同时，地毯也可作为环保地板采暖系统的重要部件。

舒适地毯有两个不同的色彩：蓝色和绿色，漂亮的外观，光滑的表面处理，轻松除粉尘，对营造舒适自由的家居氛围起到帮助。

CosyCarpetcomesintwodifferentcolourways–blueandgreen–andaswellasitsappealinglooksandcolourfulimpact,allowsthosemostsensitivethefreedomtosurroundthemselveswithtextilesandfinishesthatwouldotherwisebebanishedfromtheirhomes.
